These approvals typically fall into two categories, either a Council Develop Application (DA) or a Complying Development (CDC) through a Private Certifier.

We can also provide representation and negotiation at council and land and environment court for complex or controversial projects, provide basic landscape designs for new housing development approvals, environmental consultancy, landscape maintenance advice, horticultural and plant advice and then occupation certificate approval at the end of the project.
