• Initial consultations and site appraisals which may include providing conceptual ideas, appraising the site for constraints and opportunities, discussing your budget and providing estimates, discussing plants and materials such as paving, lighting, fencing, etc. Our full project portfolio can be viewed at this stage.
• Conceptual Sketch Designs, Landscape Master Plans, Planting Plans and Lighting Plans.
• The Council approval process including preparation of documentation, negotiation with Council and representation at Land & Environment Court if required.
• Specifications and detailed designs.
• Tender instigation including recommendation of landscapers, pool builders, fencers, etc. in your area.
• Contract administration including coordination of your project.
• The extent of our involvement is really up to our clients. We are willing to undertake the entire scope of our services or any part thereof, depending on our clients’ wishes. Many clients engage us to run their entire project as we are able to free up their time to allow them to concentrate on other issues, be that business or family life.
